good model, hc scripts. . .
I'd give you 5 stars for the model, but the scripts are just standard hc scripts. .but its also really cheap so anyone can get it. its a good model. . and its cheap. its a good toy and great to be provided for rp methods for ppl that don't want to spend more linden and don't need advanced flights modes. great for rp. sorry, mixed review, keep on keepin on.
Very Entertaining as both Shuttlecraft and an RP Fighter
The ship has two modes available to it: Hover and Flight.
Hover is, in my opinion, best used outside of mouselook. It is effective for horizontal maneuverability (We used it for docking into a Prometheus very smoothly.)
Flight, however is where the meat of this vehicle kicks in. This mode is very effective in mouselook, and has a VERY "Ace Combat" feel to it. The Lancer is incredibly aerodynamic in this mode, with several different speeds and the ability to sit and rotate at a standstill.
In either mode, clicking the canopy will cause the craft to launch several particle bullets, which are good for RP (though useless if you are looking for a live action combat craft).
All and all, it makes for a great maintenance shuttle in RP. Lightly armed, and highly aerodynamic. Not bad to look at either. I definitely recommend, especially for the price.
Great easy flyer for the perfect price!
This is a beautiful sci fi ship. Its great and easy to fly with no complex setup or advanced directions. Its super fun to fly and right now my favorite to fly so far!
That being said, I wanted to see some things changed or added. I would have liked to see a few features like a hud to control the ship's instead of clicking on it. The lasers also look a little cheap especially compared to the nice jet effects. I was also confused at how to get into the ship since im used to most cockpits opening up before jumping in them. I'd also like something to pop up to tell me how much thrust I have while in flight mode, whether that's in a hud or a message in the chat. Lastly to turn on and off the lights in front, but that's really minor and me nit picking a bit...
But really those are minor compared to how awesome of ship this is, I would have bought this for more than twice as much and if it had all the features I said above it could easily be worth a thousand or so. Great Job!
