Dr3amweaver Prim Counter Deluxe is the most advanced yet most affordable and easy to use prim counter of its kind. With version 1.2.3, it's fully menu driven and there is no configuration with notecard! More flexibility is now introduced to allow you the owner to customize the user experience.
You can add one or more avatars to monitor their prim count in your parcel TOGETHER by using their name or key (uuid), and Dr3amweaver Prim Counter Deluxe displays breakdown summary report in hovertext updated regularly based on the interval you choose. If the assigned prim count limit is exceeded, Dr3amweaver Prim Counter Deluxe itself and the hovertext turn red, and you even have the option to make Dr3amweaver Prim Counter Deluxe send out IM to the avatar(s) and yourself for quick actions.

Looks nice. Could use some updates, the ability to add your manager so they can change name of renter. Possible 2nd admin prim counter, so changes could be made from one counter, instead of going to each counter to change name of renter. IM'd owner haven't heard back yet.
Doesn't Work when im offline
I have about 24 renters on my sim, and all of them say when i log off, they all get spammed this:

i dont know if i would recommend them to anyone, its a little frustrating to try and run a business. and then not being able to log off, so they wont get spammed.

Love it. Am using it for my tenants. I love that I can add as many avatars as i want and it will count theit prims on that parcel for each. Just wish my tenants had the option to juggle hover text on or off.

One prim and can hold names of more than one tenants! I had been looking for one like this for a long time. Having a different counter for each tenant was not practical at all, for instance a couple sharing a parcel and prims needed to be in one counter - and only yours can do this !
The options on the menu are very useful as well, the fact that I can set scan times as I wish, not lagging the place. I had other counters in the past and they often spammed local chat upsetting everyone around.
The texture is stylish too, beautiful, and doesn't look alien like most others, it can well be placed in a house too.
It is very practical you sell them in numbered packs as well.
