Whilst the 33 positive reviews should be a good indicator, I IM'd the creator with a simple question about rezzing needs of the game. Creator got back to me seemingly minutes later, was a pleasure to talk to, and was able to answer my question in full.
Seriously, this is a lovely game and requires BASICALLY no prep or setup! JUST GET IT ALREADY! YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT! :)

The game is about as accurate as it gets, without an actual light gun. Sounds and textures are great. Low prim, and very low lag scripting. Only 64kb or script memory.
