Dynamic Quicksand (DQ) is a fully customizable enviromental feature. From being used as a trap, an interactive decoration or being a simple addition to your land, this easy to setup contraption offers a wide array of options to suit your needs. For example: You're able to make a little mud hole that's barely knee-deep, or a dangerous swamp that's difficult to step out of - or you can even make a relaxing mud bath!
Some of the important features of this object:
- No RLV required. This trap works even without the use of the Restrained Life Viewer - there are no additional setups for your viewer needed.
- Easy to setup. No great knowledge is required - merely being able to find a pit or make an own one, such as terraforming land.
- Great amount of parameters to change. With a total of 20 parameters to choose from and customize, practically any kind of quicksand / mud pit can be made.
- Optional possibility to Struggle and Rescue. While the victim can always attempt to jump or fly out of the pit, it's also possible to add additional Struggling, enabling the victim to slowly rise up from the pit - or fall back and sink deeper. Additionally, other people around can try to save the person from the trap. Depending on the parameters, this can either be an easy achievement or even potentially dangerous to the rescuer.
- Ability to add own, unique scripts and features. DQ allows the use of additional scripts. LSL knowledge is required for this.
- GetUpdate. Accidently broke your DQ? Or is there a new update to it? Attach the included "GetUpdate" and receive a new version of DQ - or a working one of the current version.
Requires land with rezzing permission, with more than 5 free prim.

In this update, a teleporter as been added. For use it, you'll need to place it inside the sinker. Once it placed, the trapped victim will be able to get out if no peoples around by saying the word: safeword!

Awesome but one tiny problem
this is the greatest quicksand pit i have ever bought on second life, its realistic with the noises and suction. But when i try to edit the script t says that i need Full permition and i dont know how to

Fun trap that doesn't want allow victim go even with flying. High quality wet mud sounds with combination of specific sinking mechanic made this thing looks like as realistic quicksand pit. Well done. Hope would be another updates, especially interesting see dry type, like in the video.
