Poor Customer Service
Due to a SL glitch I got charged 2 times for these boots...sent NC & transaction proof to owner...no reply. Its a shame customer service sucks...cuz they are nice boots.

but being able to resize them would have been nicer

Awesome quality and great boots.
Worth getting although, wish it had a demo - I don't like making blind buys,
but in this case, the risk payed off.
