You can unlink pieces to expand or reduce the size which will expand or reduce current land impact. This is copy and mod only. The demo version shows one tile that is not copy and mod, the demo is transfer only.

It's modify which is great to reduce prim
Also, you can make it transparent and put it on top of any floor to light it up. You can change colors of tiles as well
