This is my new addition to the easy rent family, its for people who rent out shops the sign takes rent and lets the paid tenants drop in their own texture to be displayed as the sign saving you time as you dont need to be around to set up signs. It also lets the tenant drop in a land mark to be given out to customers.
It has a merchant on line / off line display to so customers know if the tenant is about.
The sign is very easy to set up all via a settings note card. Put in how much you wish to rent the shop for per week, how many prims they are allowed, theres the option to add a manager to operate the sign when your away, you can also add a split partner to split the income with by a percent set by you.
As owner or manager you can add a tenant from the menu, this is if you wish to set a rent up for someone to get a first week free. You simply hit set tenant from your menu and enter their key into the text box.
Once rented the tenant has the option to join your group to rez, this option is only given to paid tenants.
Tenants can pay for more time at any point or end their rent.
You as owner and the manager can add a day or week from your menu, also you can end a rent if needed. The sign is lockable so if needed you can lock to stop any payments taking place.
:All rent info is IM'd to you and the manager
:Rent low IM's are sent to tenant

This is easy as pie for someone like me that has dyslexic in RL, can't read notecards well ^5
Okay System
This is an okay system. would be great if this system was able to IM the renter to say the rent is on the last day or so as many miss the local chat etc. also being able to add a partner for the tenants would be great as well. but overall a great system.
