SmartHover adjusts your avatar's hover height automatically based on what you're wearing. Heels, props, barefoot — no more floating, no more sinking, no more manual fixes.

• Automatic Hover Detection
Add your shoes to the notecard with the desired value: MyHeels|0.12 — from now on, SmartHover applies the correct hover every time.
• Sit & Stand Magic
When you sit, hover resets to 0 so your avatar sits properly (even in heels). When you stand, the saved hover is instantly restored.
• AUTOLOCK
Enable AUTOLOCK in the notecard: the HUD will auto-lock after each setup. No more accidental detaching during outfit changes. (Unlock before editing again.)
• NOSIT Mode
If you want to keep your hover while sitting, enable NOSIT in the notecard.
• DEFAULT Hover Value
Set a fallback value when you're barefoot or not wearing recognized shoes. Example: DEFAULT|0.1 — perfect if your feet are posed for heels.
• Negative Values Supported
Hover values like -0.2 are fully supported.
• Linkable HUD
SmartHover can be linked to other objects to save attachment slots. Buttons will still work — but test carefully, not all items like being linked.
• Modifiable & Resizable
The HUD is fully modifiable — resize or reposition it as you wish.
Setup Guide
1. Wear the HUD
2. Unlock it (if locked)
3. Open the notecard settings
4. Add items like this (exact names!):
MyHeels|0.08
MyBoots|0.15
UTOPIA@Design - ISABELLA (Legacy)|0.175
myWearableChair|-0.4
DEFAULT|0.1
5. Save the notecard. You're done!
Optional Chat Commands
/2 hover on → Enable hover system
/2 hover off → Disable it
/2 hover lock → Lock the HUD
/2 hover unlock → Unlock the HUD
Requirements
• RLV must be enabled (Firestorm or compatible viewer)
• Works with one item at a time
FAQ
Q: Does it only work with Utopia Design?
A: No — it works with any shoes or attachments.
Q: My shoes don't trigger the system.
A: Use the exact object name as it appears in inventory.
Q: How many shoes can I save?
A: Hundreds. Just keep adding them to the notecard.
Q: It's not working.
A: Make sure RLV is enabled in your viewer preferences.

Does exactly what it says
I was using shoe bases which, of course, make for problems when sitting. Now? Now I just put whatever shoes and I'm walking properly on the ground. Even better, when I sit down, I'm sitting down properly too! Yay!

No more fussing with shoe bases and hover settings! What an amazingly useful solution to such an annoying problem. I can put on my fav shoes and this product does its magic setting my hover right. And when I sit on something it fixes my hover for me so I can sit with my shoes on and everything looks perfect. Thank you <3

A product that saves time and works flwaless, even tho i was used using shoebases. Not allthe heels are the same so i ended up with a million different shoebases. With platforms often i also had to use hover.. now i wear one hud where i can adjust for every shoe i got.. just put it on and the hud does the rest.. really cool! thanks!
Does what it says to do
I really like it. For myself, it is a really important item. I was always in trouble to thing on it to set the hoverhight to zero, when i jump on my anis to adjust them, so ppl had later sometimes the problem, they got a animation and the high is like 0.200 higher than the male animation and had to fix that. Now with that item it works very nice. Thanks a lot for that nice item!
I love it!
I absolutely love this product. It does exactly what is says it does. My only gripe would be that the product doesn't stay locked between logs. I have to remember to unlock and lock it back when I first lock otherwise the lock feature is obsolete. It's a bit annoying but an easy work around. Other than that this gets 5 stars.
