I was skeptical about purchasing this just because you never really know. That being said. If I had to do it all over again I would. The level of work Faded puts into her work on top of the customer service I was given regarding some changes that needed to be made I am extremely happy with the finished product. My sim is a destination now thanks to her. Any other work I need done in the future I know where to look. Worth every linden and more !

Excellent Design and Stunning Beauty

In all my years of SL I have rarely posted a review. However, Faded's prefab tropical island is such a cut above any I've seen I am compelled to review her work. Simply put.. it is sublime. We had her put this on our homestead as it was lower prim count, she worked with us on our needed adjustments, she achieved our desired look with minimal input. We have plenty of water for boating, jet skiing, surfing. The building components are of the highest quality and of the best builders. It truly feels like a tropical island. If you are looking for a homestead island for living on I don't think you could find anything comparable. As for Faded she understood our vision with and tweaked it exactly what we wanted. Fast, professional with flair. A 5 Star Transaction 5 Star Service. Thanks Faded.
