It's nice and low on prim. No flashy textures. Easy to place out and move around. Roomy and easy to move about in it.

I love the raw walls, they make my sculptures look very good, its perfect for an exhibition or store. And only 33prim allowes me to put lots of objects inside, great prize for this building.
