It's the same as most other traffic forms and the people are more civilized and they have fun.
I have three of these, I am thinking of going for more and abandoning the cone heads who just stare blank and get rude or hide when you engage. I realize it is a service but I more appreciate the Fish Hunt crowd. Say what you will, but the tax is the same with this model.

It definitely seems to increase my traffic. I have been using for a couple of months now, and have seen my traffic number increase.

I got one Buoy and in 3 days seen my traffic increase on my sim. More traffic mean more people there when others come to rent or place shops. Support is great too!!
