USELESS EXCEPT DECORATION PURPOSE
The only matter that makes it useless is after opening the door we can't walk through it !
So it's good only for decoration as it only looks nice & opening door script works well
& when I rezz it, it's always 3Li as linked & 5Li when Unlinked.
Many said it's 42Li ! Maybe it was 42 & now maybe updated to fix it.

Works great. LI is great if you change the doors to convex hull. Lends its self to many design options. Super product. tvm.
HOW TO FIX IT FROM 42 LI
I figured out how to fix this myself. When you rez the door, it is 42 land impact. however you can fix it to make it 13 land impact. Edit the two doors from Physics Shape Type from Prim to Convex Hull. Leave the door frame the way it is, if you make that Convex Hull you can't walk through it. I would have given it 5 stars if I didn't have to fix it myself. :)
