Last updated Feb 5, 2023 -- added code to allow more than one "step" in the open/close animation (smoother/slower opening and closing).
This is a full-permission automatic sliding door. You may modify, transfer, and copy both the scripts and the objects. The system consists of at least one door and one sensor within whisper distance of eachother. When someone walks into the sensor, the door will open and stay open for the amount of time specified in the script. The sensor will also play opening and closing sounds as the doors open and close. You can try this for yourself at our main store in Lionheart as all of our automatic doors use this system.
Terms of Use:
You may not resell this script and/or objects unless they are part of a building/prefab. This includes selling the system as-is or in freebie boxes.
You may redistribute this system as a freebie as long as the credit is given inside of the scripts as they are when you get the item from Union Micro.
You must leave the scripts and objects full-permission (mod/copy/transfer) unless you include it in a building/prefab.
If included with a building/prefab, you may set the permissions however you need.

Easy setup
It was so easy to put into my office and works perfectly. Hard to believe this is just for L$1, feels more like its worth L$200. It only took me afew minutes to get the doors and trigger platform in place. 5 stars for a perfectly working item that doesnt cause any lag at all.

The first time I ordered it it didn't get sent. Not sure why. So I ordered it a second time and it delivered. Probably just an SL issue. Heck it was only L$1. This was just what I was looking for. Its fine that you can't link it to a link set. I haven't found a door that you can with out it disrupting the other prims. Easy script to edit and I'll be using it in future builds to come. Thanks for a great product.
Sucks...
Only 1L but still, they don't work in a link set, linking them too anything turns the building phantom, it's just a needlessly elaborate door script in general. I wish I knew before buying :\.
Only useful thing is the sound.
