The only difference between white, grey and black versions of the Modern Stores is the interior. Exterior includes all 3 options for all 3 version.

I came across this building when I was looking for a new commercial building for my cosmetic store POUT! I went to view it in-world and it met beyond my expectations. its beautifully built, stylish, and modern. with the added bonus of an extension add-on. I'd love to see more commercial builds from this creator in the future.
