Second level have a large living room divided with sliding doors.

The step and the separating wall can be unlinked and removed for more open space.
The windows panels are decorative only and can be unlinked. Each panel is 0.5 prims. You can build your own window panels this way or completely remove them.
Extra lights have been added and new outdoor plants.

Airy and Cozy
Kathy makes some of the most thoughtful builds anywhere. This is why I keep coming back. The textures aren't garish or harsh in any way. They're soft and understated. This build in particular is open and airy yet has a cozy and comfortable feel. (Note, there's an unused space under the main staircase that's perfect for storage. You can't get to it from the house but you can cam in and grab stuff you've stored there.)

This house is really awesome.. if you have a family and are on beach..this is must have.. with 4 bedrooms it is a very roomy home..only fault i can find.. is one bedrrom has no windows.. and would be an improvement if it did..but..still it is a steal for the lindens..
Cozy, Romantic Home
This is my favorite home. It has a cozy, romantic feel to it and I love the decks. It is lovely by my beach.
Nice atmosphere
Very nice coastal house with plenty of living space that fits great on coastal/tropical themed regions.
Why 4 stars instead of 5?
When you look at this house in detail there are some small imperfections such as prims that don't allign perfectly (easy to fix), wooden floor beams (texture) that don't have enough repeats making the wooden beams look very big, it's hard to rez objects in the house because of floor layers and window sunshine effects. And last, the building comes wityhout a rezbox, it's in 2 pieces and you yourself have to put the 2 pieces together. I can build a bit so it was not that hard for me, but other people might have trouble fitting the 2 sections together (as you also have to delink and delete some placeholder prims). This could have been skipped with a rezbox. Overall still a nice building for its price.
Beautiful Build
My SL wife and I bought this from a far different point of view that we typically buy our houses with (which are castles, stone or of the sort) we got some awesome property and honestly it's simple, clean and elegant. Love the abundance of windows and love that it's 160p. To the builder we looked at all your homes and honestly had a difficult time. So thank-you for making beautiful builds.
