Great customer service, but issues with the tree.
I originally rated this tree with 2 stars because I was experiencing flickering textures, which was disappointing from LAQ Decor. Winter contacted me very quickly to try and resolve the issue, which we narrowed down to possibly being an issue with Firestorm 4.4.2. I'm grateful for the super customer service so my updated rating is a reflection on that, rather than the tree itself which, even without the texture issue, unfortunately isn't as 3d or realistic as I was hoping for.

It great! it fits my home perfect. not to tall and not to small. it was well made and you don't need no hud or anything its a simple rez and place. love it Keep up the good work LAQ!
