1. Basic House Info:

Minimum Parcel Requirement: 5184m2 that is shaped as a square

Built with mesh. (a few SL prims has been used for physics purposes)
Supports the new Advanced Lighting Model
3 floors.
Rooms: 2 livingrooms, 4 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and entrance.
Balconys and outside floors connected with a hanging bridge system.
Uses the new Advanced Lighting Model system. All textures are Normal Mapped and have specular maps applied to them.
Unfurnished. Included are 3 fireplaces, radiators and outdoor wall lamps.
2. House Functions:
Included is a texture and color changing system that lets you choose between many premade textures for both the outdoor and indoor look. Each independent part such as the roof, leaves, ivy, floors, walls, stair steps etc all have their own textures which gives you great modification options to make it look like you want.
For example there are 31 individual textures for the walls. Every single texture can also be tinted to any color or made darker.
There are holiday wall textures such as christmas, easter and birthday included.
This house comes equipped with the "A.E HouseControl Unit" with functions such as:
HOUSE+: Some house specific options such as setting either or both chimney smokes on and off.
RADIO: Many radiostations included.
SECURITY: Included is an avatar scanner which kicks anyone not granted access by you.
WINDOW BLINDS: Turn the blinds on or off. Can also change window textures, to clean,dirty, frozen, rain or broken.
Uses a Rez Box system!

i love it but its make very laggy cause i cant turn ove the texture animation of the leaves :((
Nice house but Has issues
I had a issue with this house. I have a hover text that will not go away no matter how many times I re rez the house. I asked for assistance several times both in world and on their supposed help site. No answer at all. Complete lack of customer service. Beware when buying this house.
A True Masterpiece | Must Have
This is an absolute masterpiece. I don't regret a single L$ spent on this. Most of the time when you see something like this in pictures and go see it in world you're dissapointed by scale, fake lighting, or some sort of fault that makes it too good to be true. That is not the case with this.
It is absolutely perfect down to the ambience. The ONLY complaint I have is that there is no light controller and the system to add managers to the global list does not work, but that is a minute issue.
I discovered an alignment issue with the build, informed the creator and she had me a fixed copy within a week. Truly great service and product. Don't waste a moment second guessing this, just buy it. :)
Absolutely love it
If you love treehouses, this is the one for you. There is so much room to this, and the layout was just right. The size of the rooms are just laid out enough where they aren't too big or too small. Love how we have so much space to where we're not running into each other, and the detail is just ... wow. We've had it for several hours now and are still exploring it and finding new things. Thank you so much for your hard work in creating this.
