I stumbled on this one by chance at a SciFi sim and was instantly on the hunt to find one for myself. Arguably one of the most immersive scifi skyboxes on the market and with incredibly low LI. Comes with rain effects both visual and optional sound.

The main issue you encounter when shopping for your favorite Cyberpunk-styled home is that a lot of them are overpriced, and over-furnished. Chi's attempt at a Cyberpunk apartment is a good attempt at fixing both of those issues. I feel that the rain texture on the side windows is absolutely lovely, and I appreciate the inclusion of a rain/thunder soundmaker. Along with that, the house is very well laid out, with enough room for all the essentials. However, I do have some gripes.

First off, a lot of the stuff in the house pokes through the building. I get that this is an enclosed skyhome, but it looks sloppy, and it's not particularly hard to look outside either to see all the issues, such as if you open a door. Similarly, not only does the door leading outside not work, but even if you move it out of the way ,you can't walk out. Your only option to get in and out of the house is to crash in/out of the bathroom ceiling.

The little balcony outside of the home is practically non-functional. You can walk along some of it, but the rest pushes you up and over the railing. It's a real shame because it's a pretty cozy walkway, but it's sadly just for looks.

Another issue, as some others have pointed out, is that the ceiling has an open window. As if to mock you, attempting to select this specific skylight and edit it simply has you select the other pane of glass along with it, making closing it impossible. This one is the most baffling to me if I can be honest, given the rain option. On the topic of the rain, I have to say it looks kind of janky on the skylights. Still passable

Normally I'd say you get what you pay for, but other stores offer higher quality homes for similar prices, so I can't really excuse these issues. That being said, your options for Cyberpunk homes are limited, especially cheap ones, so I can't really say "don't get it", just know that you're probably going to want to do some mod-work to get the house looking perfect.

Love this little punky skybox apartment very much. I felt like I could hear Harrison Fords detective mumblings in my ear as I peered through the rivulets on the windows at a burning apocalyptic nightmare. Unfortunately, I couldn't remove some of the items for what I needed the skybox for but I'm definitely keeping it for future use. Thank you for this masterpiece!

This is overall a well priced little apartment that I already enjoy quite a lot. I only have 3 minor nitpicks. #1: the open window on the ceiling cannot be closed and there is no alternative closed apartment. #2: the painting of fish on the wall cannot be removed without removing the entire wall "wanted a TV there" and #3: the doors are hard to close once open. besides those 3 minor nitpicks this is a bargain and it comes with a full perm rain/thunder box for immersion that you can use in other places as well. Nice~

I love this skybox! The colors, textures, and structure is amazing! I just love the rain sounds too!!! I have been using this as my main home because the calming rain and thunder with such a well done building. 10 stars if I could!!!
