The Heart Cottage is the first in a planned series of mesh cottages inspired by the paintings of Thomas Kinkade. It has been painstakingly crafted to be low prim while at the same time perfectly lovely in its detail.
The door can be locked, and there are a number of excellent cuddle animations included in the window seat.
With a footprint of 23m X 12m and only 20 LI ( prims ) it should fit on just about any lot comfortably while leaving a nice amount of space for landscaping.

Textures are awesome. Space inside is lovely and airy and light. 2 rooms. I would have liked the beautiful fireplace to have been positioned on the big wall but that is such a minor fault. Go see this build in world. You will love it. Ideal on a 512 lot ... with plenty of prims to decorate. Oh and the window seat is delightful with some gentle gorgeous poses in it :)

I can hardly believe this is only 20 prims, but it is! This is an absolutely gorgeous little cottage, the textures are incredible, and it feels light and airy and not the least claustrophobic, despite it's size. After almost 7 years in sl, and buying more homes than I want to think about, I can honestly say that this is better than any I have bought before, and I can say without doubt that my next home will also come from Dorian!

Beautiful little house, you can't build like this for this price or this prim count. Great job, works perfect. Didn't have any trouble rezzing furniture.
it sucks for me
i was excited to get this beautiful home only to get it and put it out and could not put anything out inside of it i tryed it several differnt times and had people come over and try to put something out but nothing i would really like to have my money back on this because now i need to go buy a new home to live in
