A full perm, full featured script for doors. The only limitation is that it will only work for doors which hinge on the z-axis, which is almost all doors.

Jan 2017, added customizable chat commands (any channel) to open/close the door.
There are options for setting hinge side, swing direction, degrees to open, auto-close, auto-close time, and speed of the swing. Using this script, your door will open and close smoothly, not with a snap.
This is one of the few door scripts you'll find that works with a single-prim door. It will also work in a door that's a link-child of a larger structure.
There are also algorithms in the script to correct for "creep" (the small rounding errors that accumulate with LSL floats over time).
A second script is also included which can be placed in your door to make open-close sounds.
(A review says this script isn't full perm, but it absolutely is. Just look at the properties on the "Contents" tab.)

This script works very well. The door animation is smooth and responds to both touch and proximity. It is easy to change the directions it moves as well as the opening angle inside the script. It also comes with a nice sound effect as a bonus. Spend the 29L. This is good work.

Script is easy but i wish the door would open when I walk (sensor-not with just touch). I already have lots of scripts and most are freebies doing same thing with this one.
