Just what I've been looking for!
Sometimes its hard to find a place that isn't super huge or so small that you need to shrink your avi in order to enjoy your new house. Or to even find something that fits on your property that doesn't suck up your prims and doesn't cause you, your friends, or lover to lag just cuz you want something nice to look at....
This house has it all. Great size, low prims, low lag, fully furnished, baked on shadows, fully customize-able, great LOD and different color boats to boot. All this and it won't break your wallet.
I am very happy with my purchase. I think this is the third thing I've bought from here lol.

Outstanding Home
A great couple retreat. Watch out for the bedroom !!! Many features for a couple's enjoyment. All the amenities of a much larger home. The fact that the boat comes in so many colors is indeed an unexpected extra. GREAT work again Aymec.
