The Hope Cottage is the second installment in the cottage series inspired by the works of Thomas Kinkade and offers a warm and cozy atmosphere with perfectly sized living spaces designed and textured to allow you to truly make it a home.

Texture change - There are 8 colors that can be selected separately for the stucco, roof trim and window frames on the outside. As well there are 6 color choices for both the living room and bedroom, all controlled via hud. The fireplace is also texture change and can be controlled by clicking the fireplace itself.
Lights - Turn on and off by the switch at the front door.
Doors - can be locked and access can be set for group or individual by the notecard inside each door.
Animations - Powered by AvSitter, animations can be accessed by sitting on the back railing near the door.
Chimney smoke - can be turned on or off.
