Designed to match the style of our modular boardwalks! Houseboat Calypso comes as a standalone or bundle version. While the standalone version is a great option for those who already own a boardwalk kit or want to use their own boardwalks, the bundle version includes a 3m Boardwalk Kit as well as Deck Light Nemo to get you started. Even though designed to match our boardwalk series, the Houseboat will of course look great in any setting!
The houseboat comes with a HUD that let's you customize textures and colors to your liking.
This set contains the following items:

The houseboat is COPY/MOD** allowing you to also manually change the colors to your liking in edit mode.

My favorite houseboat - so many options
This is my favorite houseboat and I have had many (some old prim style and new). There is so much to love: the roominess inside; the upper level deck on top; the front and side entrance; the texture change HUD! Did I mention the texture change HUD?! It allows you to customize your houseboat and change the interior and exterior to fit your mood or taste. I have changed the interior and exterior a couple of times already - it is so easy!

Beautiful, clean and modern Houseboat
I love this boat. The lines are so clean and visually appealing. No chipping paint or rotting wood. And what really got my attention was the AMAZING color hud.
