Land impact depends on size, but around 10 in most situations (Dim: 18m X 10m X 19m). AO maps are included (3 blank ao maps, 3 textured, 1 bump and spectral and they are painted by hand to gain more older look). If you need better lod or it to be less prims contact me in game.

Looks as good if not better than in the photo, I don't know much about building but I've used it in my club and it looks amazing - If you're thinking about it, just get it!

I have been purchasing items from this creator for a few years now. Ica has always shown a high level of professionalism as well as a willingness to work with customers on any issues or concerns. The level of details with this piece is extremely well done and thought out. Bought other smaller items from seller and was well pleased with textures and detail so felt confident in buying the more expensive item I had been eyeballing.... and was totally satisfied and glad I did it. Perfect real life like textures, detail and designs that one can tell time and pride were integrated, I could modify it to smaller to fit better and did not cause distortion to the shape or look and remained "perfect". Very real life like and not "cartoony". Creator is very involved with his products.... and even reached out to me after my purchase to make sure I was pleased...not too many peeps do that anymore...ummm..yes, I will be buying more products from this creator...I can tell time and quality has been put in the creation and the creator cares about the finished product and about the customers who buy them.
