Hey everyone, just a quick little mod for the Wretch Ruffle Panties!
This comes in 10 different stripped patterns with little sparkles on the front, and can be applied manually.
THIS WILL ONLY WORK FOR THE KEMONO RUFFLE PANTIES BY WRETCH, NOT THE RUFFLE SKIRT!
It only works for the Kemono Avatar too~ ^-^

I was waiting to find a cute texture mod for the ruffle panties and now I have one! Much better looking then the default textures that come with them! Super nice colors.
