The Li'l Winter White Cottage includes:
1 x cottage in rez faux - 145 prim - copy/mod. please be aware that although the rez faux box is no mod the cottage itself once rezed and saved is. The snow and garlands are easily removable if prims are needed making the cottage 112 prims
2 x Lanterns - 5 prim each - mod/trans
1x winter birdhouse - 13 prim - mod/trans

I would have felt better had it cost $399. A bit pricey, but sweet.
