With one menu you control the animations and textures with one click. I need to whack one star, right off the top, for the simple reason that reviews indicate the designer never replies to any customer inquiries. I am not about wasting life energy to find this out for myself.
There are several ah-haaahs that need to be seriously evaluated prior to purchase. Being no mod, with an inability to change the set to phantom, you quickly realize you cannot walk into or through the set, but have to zap yourself into it by grabbing a chair. And if the set is placed near any adjacent wall, you cannot walk around it, even though it is obvious there is visual space sufficient to do so. Adding a "PHANTOM ON-OFF" menu button would significantly enhance this product. Whacks off a second star.
Speaking of grabbing a chair, understand there is a hard-wired seating sequence, always beginning with the first chair to the left of the bamboo planter, and moving clockwise. So if you visit the set solo, even though there are 4 chairs, one, and only one chair, will ever be available to you. Your mate, or second seated, will always be the first chair to your left. This limitation seriously affects the orientation of the set to a scene. If you and your mate wish to face a given view, your set rotation options become severely limited. Whacks off a third star.
I would never describe the bamboo planter as ugly. It is beautifully done. But an ability to both show-hide it, and-or move it, cry out for menu implementation, easily executed, as the author has already done rezzing cappuccino mugs and laptops. Whacks off a 4th star.
The designer could significantly enhance the user-friendly performance of this product by addressing the issues above with an update. But reviews seem to indicate this just ain't-a-gonnah happen.
To appreciate the beauty and benefits of this product, just read the reviews! My star-whacking is simply a way of shaking the tree, to encourage an update, which would earn this product an immediate 10-star rating.

This is not the first time, I bought this wonderful patio-set. :-)) and I would do it again and again.

Nice textures, adorable animations.
I really love this furniture set. It's prim efficient with nice textures and some high quality, cute animations. Goes great with beach sims or next to a pool. Can also fit adequately in a medieval or eastern themed sim.

It is astonishing to see the quality this builder can put into such a very low land impact. Great textures, perfect size for a patio or terrace, useful animations. A great help also by including both the PG and the Adult versions in the same folder for the same price. Very well done, keep up the good work.
