Menu on HUD lets you choose between quite a few included textures.
It is mod, so you can also add your own textures, just edit face. (each room is a separate face)

IT WAS ALL THAT I WAS LOOKING FOR!
I loved the building already,but this makes it so much better! I love the versatality of the hud. Lots of great choices and you can even add your own textures! I give this a ton of stars! I just wish I could do the ceilings. With all the Timberline homes there are in SL,I can't belive there aren't more reviews praising this amazing tool!
