A fun note about this set.

As many of you may well know already, I am a tremendous nerd. But if you are buying fantasy armor- chances are you are too! This is a great thing.
In the spirit of this, I will let you in on a secret. This set, and indeed the entire Hero and Villains line to come are a celebration of nerdom and having fun with it. These sets are borne from the storied histories of players and homegrown NPC's from the tabletop groups I often play with in and around the country.
What this means, is that with this purchase you are inheriting a legacy. The armors and clothings of heroes and villains both with tales ranging across a wide multi-verse of games and editions.
This particular Villain is "The Critter", a terrifying hermit hunter who is known to empty all of the lands surrounding his own of game, forcing those in need of food to come into his woods to hunt. Once there, he systematically hunts them down like animals. A terrifying villain indeed.
This is his coat, mask, and chosen hunting weapon. All crafted from the woods and remains of his hunts. Animal and otherwise.
May it guard you from the eyes of potential prey as it has it's previous owner. The Critter

Nearly Perfect
The pictures don't do the actual design proper justice. I spent ages deliberating over whether to buy this or not, and the end result is that I'm glad I did, because it's spooky, not as cartoonish as some of the pictures make it, and has plenty of different options on how to wear it.
The only downside is that while there are different sizes available for the coat, this doesn't apply to the hat, and I've had to fiddle a fair bit to get both hat and mask to work. It's particularly the hair (which is optional, but I wanted) that is partially phased through my avatar's head - while the hat is actually the right size.
This is NOT a reason to avoid purchasing this. I am glad I did and can thoroughly recommend it.
