Attention to detail is missing
The pink store obviously is based on the green version of this shop. Several textures in this shop are not replaced and show green shades. Several light sources around this shop (Outer lights, some prims around doors and windows) emit green light instead of pink light. The texture above the doors has baked window structures in it, and is not delivered as separate texture with the shop for custom editing. You either got to live with the fact you have "Logo Store" in a "baked" texture above the doors or create something entirely new. Texturing skills are required to make this shop look professional.
