Worked Great for a while
As the title says, worked great for a while, but then its learning program flagged a friend of mine as a bot, even though they'd been at my parcel before, had a profile picture, groups, payment info on file.... and this was on the absolute highest certainty setting.
Learning scripts might need a bit of tweaking!
BAN PERMANENTLY PLEASE
Very good product and constant updating service. You receive everything that is offered and the only thing I would ask for improvement is that the banning of bots be done PERMANENTLY, not for 30 days (a bot will not change its mind). I don't know if it's correct but looking at the list of bans that the system makes and the account profiles that seem "real" but many are Alt accounts... could it be a coincidence? I don't know, but it would be great if it's on purpose.
brilliant and needed invention
it works pretty good for me i love it. lot of people who buy this dont configure it correctly and it maks this product seem like its not working well so let me remind u, theres an option for parcel or region wide ban, if u dont own the region,choose region off. also pick the medium mode and the low and high mode as described in notecard are more drastic, medium works great for me. just take the time to configure it correctly,its a great product

Its working as expected, exactly what i wanted/needed.
Do not know what those bots are doing but just seeing them enter and leave annoyed me so that why this is a blessing.

Works quick
This kicks ass for bans. The only problem I see is that there's no whitelist for sim/group controlled and owned bots. That tiny change would make this a perfect security feature.
Works about 90%
I had a 3 day old avatar with a completely blank profile walk through my parcel unchallenged. I receive messages in my email about any activity, but it uses SLURL or SSID instead of names. I really don't get how this is of any value since I will never have any idea who 789bjk-32vjks-jksrjik6 is.
