Great ORB but...
Sadly I don't believe Thomas is in SL anymore and doesn't respond to messaged. The ORB is fabulous but I may have accidently deleted it and cannot get a redelivery. :(

Way cheaper than the leading security systems and works better. 10 outta 10. Bought two now.
Horrible customer service & orb automatically clears parcel ban list
The orb itself is decent. It mostly does what it's supposed to. However, the first thing I noticed when I set it up was that it completely cleared out my parcel ban list and didn't add any to the orb ban list. And if you add anyone to the parcel ban list, it clears it.
I initially tried setting it up with advanced mode, and it didn't work. At all. So I tried to contact the creator, but it's been more than a month and no response. It worked okay when I set it up through easy mode, but it wasn't the way I wanted it.

Delivery Worked Without Issues - Unpacking Worked as Well
After reading all the latest negative reviews, I was hesitating to buy this orb again (I own a few already that were purchased in 2016 - never had issues with them). But a friend of mine told me that he just bought 2 of them today without any issues. So I gave it a try.
Received delivery within a few seconds and unpacked without any issues at all.
Just wish Thomas was still around to update this puppy!! Love this orb.
