Dramatic Oak tree, an awesome center piece for your natural environment. High quality mesh with materials. Four season change HUD included, allows toggling the foliage between the following presets:

The HUD can also be used to turn the foliage animation on and off. The tree is supplied with or without a base. This can be retextured to match your build as it has proper UV mapping. I've also included as a bonus some hanging brass and glass pendent acorn lamps I designed. These are scripted so you can choose from 8 preset colours that look amazing at night.
Li is 35 for the tree with base and 1 for the pendants. As with all mesh this will increase/decrease as the objects are resized.

Objects - Copy/Modify/No Trans
Scripts - Copy/No Modify/No Transfer
