Incredible customer service!!
I purchased this hair base and missed that it was for EvoX and not just Evo. Well, when I tried to apply it, it attached to my face. It was a scary look, and I contacted the creator trying to figure out what I had done wrong. She got back to me almost immediately and pointed out that I had picked up a product for EvoX, which was why it wasn't applying correctly. She was very kind, and refunded my linden, even tho the mistake was MINE. You don't often find creators like that in SL, and in my almost 10 years in world, I can count on one hand the number of creators who will refund if someone purchases the wrong item. Sapienta its an honest business woman, and gives great customer service. Please spend your linden with her!
