4 and a half, if I could
I really love this head, with certain textures to the face, it could look like an adorable feline <3 The only real issue I have is the head animations reset after you turn on/off AO, or after you get up from sitting, or even getting out of a pose stand. I also wish there were tongue states added, and more facial expressions with brows and such. Hopefully more will be added later on, but this doesnt take away from the quality of this product, I recommend it if you dont want to use the PAWS feline head and are looking for a much more cuter feline head that is bento.
Script errors
I cannot use the hud with this head without getting a script error, freezing the expression on the face every time.
Looks good but has tons of bugs in the hud.
Ive been using this head a while. Its alright. The lower jaw is way flat and would have liked to see some curvature to it like real felines, but its doable. The big problem for me was the hud functions.
Tongue poses dont work, the mouth keeps resetting, and there is no option to turn off the neck sleeve (Nor was a neck sleeve mentioned anyplace.) It was nice to have a tail included, although its the same tail this vendor also sells for 500L minus a few size changes. There is no way to adjust the tail height sadly. The eye lid state also resets itself but this is no surprise seeing as linden labs resets on teleport or restart.
Over all I like this head and would hope to see updates to it to fix the bugs.
Also: Doesnt use CaspVend.

Bought the head with a friend of mine while needing something new for a change, ended up making quite the adoreable little munchkin out of it and the head looks great! My only real problem with it is that its been the fourth time now since im wearing it that im getting some script errors from the head, its nothing too bad as i can fix it by detaching and reattaching the head but still can get a bit annoying to get that popup appear on the screen!
Really good quality, and customer service
I was not too sure about this cougar as it's not the usual thing I enjoy, personally, but I thought I would try it out and maybe make some textures for it.
I was really quite impressed. Especially with the update there's some interesting stuff going on. The shape of the head was nicer then I had earlier envisaged, and you can tell a lot of time was spent designing it. If the price seems a little high for a head, it also does come with ears and tail that all work very nicely and don't need to be replaced with alternatives.
If kitties are your thing and you'd like a more realistic or just different head to the default kemono, it's definitely worth your time.
