A mobile power generator trailer mod for Lusch Motors' Ajax truck
The step can't be lowered and the hatches can't be opened, however they're there for realism
It's a mobile power generator which can act as an auxiliary tanker, it has 2 fuel ports both for refilling and transferring
There are hatches where the ports, tools and cables should be stored, and a switch, everything is sensibly designed. There's a step too for a personnel to stand while refueling the trailer
Requires a basic understanding of how the edit tool on Second Life works to install
How to install;
If your truck already has a trailer installed;
- Click on the windshield of your Ajax truck > EDIT MODE > Wait for the edit mode to finish initializing > then right click on your truck > edit > check "Edit Linked" > left click on the existing trailer > click "Unlink" > then delete the old trailer > line up the bottom of the new scientific equipment trailer with the bottom of the truck's bed and make sure it's not too far to the back or too far to the front > then with "Edit Linked" checked, choose the trailer and then the truck, and click "Link" (make sure you select the trailer first then the truck), and you're done!
If your truck doesn't already have a trailer installed;
- Click on the windshield of your Ajax truck > EDIT MODE > Wait for the edit mode to finish initializing > then right click on your truck > edit > check "Edit Linked" > line up the bottom of the new scientific equipment trailer with the bottom of the truck's bed and make sure it's not too far to the back or too far to the front > then with "Edit Linked" checked, choose the trailer and then the truck, and click "Link" (make sure you select the trailer first then the truck), and you're done!
