Like all Lusch Motors vehicles, the Scout comes with a long list of factory options. Change these options through the menu to give your Scout a personal touch.

The Scout comes with the following options:
- Body exterior colors;
- Body exterior livery: three camouflage liveries;
- Custom body texture: create a truly unique body texture using the template;
- Custom decals: apply your logo quick and easy using the custom detal spots;
- Wheel styles: three modeled wheels or go for a hubcap (custom texture too). Change the color of the wheels;
- Tire styles: three tire types: street, A/T and off-road;
- Interior colors;
- Seat colors;
- Interior details: show or hide a list of interior details like a snowboard, surfboard or luggage;
- Exterior details: personalize your vehicle by changing the bumper styles, show or hide the spare wheel and other details;
- Roof, doors and front window: show or hide the roof, the doors and fold down the window for a 'top down' experience;
- Towing hitch: using GEMC's TowPro system, the Scout can pull any TowPro compatible trailer. Like the Mundial;
- License plate: choose between European or US/Japan sized plates, set your own text and color. Or completely replace the texture with your own;
- Roof beacon: for light RP, enable the classic styled roof beacon;

But if you'd like to take it a step further: the Scout is completely modifiable. Everything can be edited the way you like it. (a basic knowledge of SL's editing functions is required | scripts cannot be modified | rescaling might break some scripts or position features and is not supported)

My first Lusch vehicle and I have to say it lives up to all expectations.

High quality mesh and texturing combined with a huge amount of customisation plus proper driving scripts (none of that ACS stuff) makes the Scout a joy to drive and tinker with.

I mentioned customisation, well with the Scout you can change almost everything on it via the menu - rip out the back seats, make it a convertible, add a roof rack, take off the spare tyre, add spot lights and bull bars, change the tyres and the rims, as well as plenty of interior and exterior colour options, custom number plates and side decals - you name it , you can change it!

It's great to drive in mouselook - slow enough in the first few gears but getting pretty fast as you shift up higher. The instruments work, as do all the switches that control the lights, ignition, and the wipers (yes, even the wipers work). You can even wind the windows up and down.

You can tune the steering if desired, and you can download the body textures to create your own special paint job too. It includes a HUD if you prefer those, and like all good vehicles, it comes with mod perms, so you can customise it even further.

The one slight flaw I found was that although you can change the rim style - the spare rim always stays the same, but that's a very minor thing in an otherwise amazing vehicle. Definitely 5 stars and well worth the money.

Go and try the demo, you wont regret it.

A must have

This is the third Lusch vehicle I own and possibly the best. High quality mesh model and textures as always. Drives very nice though I wish it was less forgiving as the Imola, the Scout has no issues starting in second gear or higher. Nice sounds though I wish they was a bit louder. The engine sort of sounds like it is supposed to be diesel but it's extremely quiet. Can tell the Scout had GTFO in mind as after modding it for GTFO, on pick ups and deliveries, the back door opens and closes and a couple bags added in the back. Would love to see a version just for GTFO that has the back seats out and loads up more that 2 bags. Is also very moddable and seems to be easy to mod as well. All in all a nice vehicle to just drive or use as a small cargo hauler.

An excellent RP vehicle

I'm a long time fan of Lusch and GEMC, and am very pleased with this purchase. I'm extremely happy that this does not have the 'floating axle' problem that some otherwise superb cars are cursed with. I tested it on routes 9 and 10 on Jeogeot, and attempted the 'off-road route' that is a short cut in the southern part of the continent. Unfortunately, LL's Moles are terraforming a lot of the abandoned land with very uneven ground. Whilst it breaks up the empty look of the landscape somewhat, it's undriveable. The off road route seems to have been likewise landscaped and after several hits of the 'unflip' button (I've never been so happy to have one), I gave up and continued along the road route. I did have one occasion where I was flipped over on a road crossing, but when considering the number of crossings I made on the drive I didn't feel this was too bad. Other than that one crossing, all others were a breeze. I know of some vehicles that possibly could manage the extreme terrain, but for realism, this one has it right.
One thing I would ask for, and that's the ability for the brakes to be able to bring you to a halt going down a hill. Fortunately mainland roads are pretty quiet, but it irks me a little to end up across the road on a t-junction having come down a hill with my brakes applied. A handbrake button on the HUD perhaps?
I wasn't able to notice any difference when using the '4WD' button, but this was when I was on the undriveable terrain, so perhaps was not a fair test.
I'm looking forward to driving all the mainland roads in this fun little motor.

What a great car!

I bought this car earlier today and I've been really enjoying it! It has so many customization options that you can really make it your own unique vehicle without having to modify it in the edit menu. The driving is acceptable, GEMC scripts are very good and make for nice driving, although in future I might suggest making it possible to change the sharpness of the steering. GEMC scripted vehicles are notorious for understeering which can be hazardous in town or city driving. It's really cute and has a nice character all of its own. I'm really happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for something fun to drive. 5/5 stars from me!

And again, an another beautiful car from Owen. The details, the endless ways to modify it to your liking, the working instruments with lights, and that it drive as you want to drive. No spinning, no speeding up like a space rocket, the physics are awesome, working wipers and very high LOD, so this car never "falls into pices" if you walk a bit more far... tons of stuff to discover either via the HUD or by clicking, and definitely an eye catcher if you tow for example the mundial behind it. Very very well made vehicle.
