Cozonacul is a traditional Romanian cake, traditionally cooked for Easter or Christmas.
Although there are hundreds of recipes with different flavors and ingredients chosen for everyone's taste, each recipe has its own history. In every traditional family, it is inherited from the mother, who has it from her grandmother, and she, in turn, from her great-grandmother, and so on.
