Nice Textures
smaller then I thought it would be, nice for a small store but no stairs or tp set up to get you to the second floor so wont be using it

I bought this a few years ago and was checking it again, and is very nicely done, well designed, and like of Maya's products, more than worth the money.
lovely build
another lovely store. this one is unique, quite different from the others. its got 2 rooms but the large second room has an upstairs, there are no stairs leading to it so you can use it for your own private dwelling or just add a teleport to the second floor and use it as part of your store. There is a cute little courtyard out front with benches and a fountain - as usual all sorts of nice details here and kept low prim, if you want to lower it further, you can easily remove the courtyard - you dont need experience to mod these besides as basic knowledge of edit features. You can lose, the price is right - just make sure to check your plot of land size to the build. This is not too big or too small, it's a nice mid range shop size.
