The mercat is a complete avatar and is part of the Dinkies brand.I It comes with its own AO. The Mercat is HUD controlled to costumize it in many many ways. You can choose your Body Color and between 15 different Pasties, 7 Eye Colors, Body Glitter options or 40 Fin styles.
The Mercat could wear normal dinkie clothes on the upper body if he or she is in cold water. However, that would be exceptional. Otherwise you have a choice of starfish pasties, shell pasties or none. There is also an invisible seaweed sarong which can be made visible using the texture hud.
The head shape is the same as a dinkie cat so any hair that you currently own for a dinkie cat could be worn with your mercat. Nil McCallen has designed a range of mercat hair if you prefer.

WOW this Avatar is way to cute. I have always had fun with my Dinkies Kitty Avatar but this one is way to cute I love mermaids so when I seen this I just had to have it. Daddy bought it for me for a Valentines Day Gift and it is just Amazing very nicely made, Love the Cute little AO it comes with and awesome price only thing I can think would be to make the Trident color changing to hehe. Awesome Job!!

Either my AO don't work or an AO should have come with the Mercat to make it swim. That would have been great and fun
