Full perm minus script which is no-modify.
Can be worn on either hand and the proper animation will play.

Works perfectly. I had to rotate it 90 degrees after I changed hands, but I think that's a Second Life glitch, not the flashlight. Full perm lets you change whatever you like. I changed the light falloff to 0.75, which I think looks more realistic in the dark.
