Introducing the Job Application System (JAS), the all-in-one solution for job advertising that streamlines the application process for candidates. With JAS, users can easily get information about the available position(s) and get an application in just a couple of clicks.
Customizing your job board has never been easier, thanks to JAS's web-based configuration and board customization tool. You can have your system up and running in just a few minutes. Choose from a variety of pre-made position titles that are regularly updated to support virtually any position you need to fill. JAS is perfect for small businesses, club owners, RolePlay (RP) businesses, and sim owners alike. Customize the board theme, dropbox icon and click-action banner to match your brand's visual identity.
JAS gives you the flexibility to choose between two application options: notecard applications or online applications using a third-party service like Google Forms. Read on to learn more about the benefits of each option.

▒▒ APPLICATION MODES ▒▒
JAS offers two application modes to choose from, each with its own benefits:
• Notecard Applications:
When a user clicks on the board, they are greeted with a custom welcome message and the option to "Apply." When selected, the user is sent a copy of the application notecard. Once the user has filled out the notecard, they can drop it back onto the board. The JAS system then intelligently delivers the notecard to a list of receivers who are currently online and in the same region as the JAS. If a receiver is not currently in the region, they will be notified and can collect the submission later simply by visiting the region, where it will be delivered to them automatically within 30 seconds via folder.
If you have a Discord server, you can provide a webhook to receive alerts when a new application is received and/or when a receiving user collects a pick-up.
• Online Applications:
When a user clicks on the board, they are greeted with a custom welcome message and the option to "Apply." When selected, the user receives a URL dialog prompt to visit the webpage where your application is hosted. This mode is perfect if you already have an existing online application form set up and just need a centralized location to advertise open positions.
