║ To make use of the "shortcodes" feature (outlined below), the files containing a shortcode CANNOT
║ contain any embedded inventory items which causes the notecard to become unreadable.
║ This is a limitation of an LSL function which is out of our control.

║ The NFS (Notecard Filing System) is an excellent tool for both personal & group use.
║ It's capable of holding large quantities of notecards, and offers great operation flexibility!
║
║ The System Manager allows you to setup the system exactly how you want users to operate it!
║ Add users by name, then specify their permissions; you choose to allow or disallow access to view
║ files, add files, and remove files.
║
║ You can also allow one or more groups access to the system — adding groups is much like adding a
║ a user to the system. Simply input the group UUID, then specify the permissions to view files, add files,
║ and remove files. Anyone (other than a user already listed) that is wearing a permitted group tag will
║ be able to access the system and be granted the permissions that has been defined for that group.
║
║ The most unique feature offered in this system is the 'File Shortcodes'!
║ Shortcodes may allow you to: set a file under a specific category or lock a file with a password which
║ has to be validated before it can be delivered.
║
║ Those who have authorized access to view files can choose to view all files that are in the system,
║ search for files based on file name OR by category (set via category shortcode). Upon selecting a file,
║ the user is presented with options to: "Deliver File" and "Remove File" (if permissions are set).
║
║ If you or a fellow user has removed a file, whether it be intentional or not, the owner can restore it!
║ All deleted files are kept on-hand in a separate directory which can be accessed by the owner.
║ This directory can be manually cleared by the owner only at anytime!
║
║ The system also has a backup feature which allows the owner to make a complete backup of all the
║ files that are presently in the system. This action creates a separate object which all files will be
║ copied to, and is recorded with a timestamp. Backups can then easily be picked up and stored in your
║ inventory.
