Also there are stairs that go to a nice roof terrace.
The basement has an underground door that can be connected with tunnels, caves and street sewer systems from K&H
Only 29 land impact!
The basement can be unlinked and deleted if you don't need it.

Another nice design to use with all tunnels.
Nice motel with door to your tunnel(s).
It's a bit a creepy motel.....go down and see.
