Most raw files are either flat terrain or terrain that's too rugged to allow placement of houses and other buildings. The Mountain Valley terrain file gives you plenty of hills and valleys, a winding river, and a good sized center lake but still allows you lots of room for houses, barns, shops, or anything else you want to put out. Lovely without trees and absolutely stunning with the addition of a few trees and grasses.

Seller had the file to me via email the same day I purchased it, and I had it on my region minutes later. It's that simple! The design is very nice, with rivers, hills, and a lake, and I see several promising spots for homes without doing any tweaking at all. I'm very pleased with this purchase!

The design was nearly perfect for my family sim. I only had to terraform a little bit in order to fit 6 homes on it. I received the raw terrain file within minutes of emailing my transaction history to the creator. I would definitely recommend this design.
Gives illusion of more space than just one sim!
This is a terrain of superior design! The winding river that connects everything through the flat livable valley areas between mountains gives the illusion that this terrain space is more vast just one sim! Plus there is still enough area around the edges for boats, docks, etc. This also blends in well with my current mountain sim-surround. Sky Linnaeus sent me the RAW terrain file via email within two hours of purchase, and it only took one minute for it to upload to my private region. I couldn't be happier!

Wow!! Really quick delivery and the map is perfect! The picture doesn't do it justice...very good layout and nice spaces for homes and such...but still enough hills for some privacy. Thank you for making my job of reconfiguring the sim easier!
