Most raw files are either flat terrain or terrain that's too rugged to allow placement of houses and other buildings. The Mountain Valley terrain file gives you plenty of hills and valleys, a winding river, and a good sized center lake but still allows you lots of room for houses, barns, shops, or anything else you want to put out. Lovely without trees and absolutely stunning with the addition of a few trees and grasses.

Absolutely perfect
This is by far the best .raw file I have ever gotten. So much space and perfectly terraformed areas all over the sim. I have gotten so many comments on how beautifully laid out the land is with this RAW file. Great work keep it up!

Beautiful and Quick
I needed a certain style raw file quickly, and nothing I had done was what I was looking for. This is a gorgeous set up, the perfect amount of mountains, flat spaces and water access. By the time I hit the buy button, it was less than 5 minutes and the terrain was in place and ready to go! Excellent service, outstanding work.
