This is a simple color changeable titler. (v1.92 updated)
One of the most popular gadget in the whole grid.
Features:

32 basic colors + 1 rainbow effect + Free color selection (HTML hexa decimal)
- Channel 1 is available: 'mytitle <msg>' equals '/1 mytitle <msg>'

This is exactly what I was looking for and it's FREE! Lots of options and all the complaints in the negative reviews have already been taken care of.
My only complaint is that I wish I could turn off the "myhelp" message that pops up every time I log on.
Needs a sandbox or rez friendly sim to open
Despite what they claim, you will need to open it in a rez friendly sim. Other than that, tis good.
