DISCOUNTED !!! [GA.EG] Damon 2.2 Bento Mesh Head Version 2.2

Ok, so this is the first time in a long one that I write a review. I don't normally do it. But this one is worth it. So worth it that I'm afraid I won't have enough characters to make a full review.
Suffice to say that I tried every single demo head out there for a certain period of time, from hours to days. This head, I kept wearing the demo for days for the facial features alone - and now with the HUD, even better.
Bento heads are those you can customize to more flexibility than any other. Make your own shape and the face will follow. This head is of masculine and angular traces, yet I managed, with the right skin - thus, big advantage, it's Omega compatible - make it look young and fresh. BIG plus!
The customizing HUD is one of the most complete there is. From make up to anything else, you can easily get yourself set up for beard, eyebrows, freckles across the nose, and even lipstick, all at the same time. More eyelashes? No problem. More make-up? You bet. Omega eyeshadows? Works fine. Most people who buy this head won't use it for this level of make up, but if the end user wants... they can. And the hud is tiny and unobtrusive, just a little label on top of any others you may want.
But the animations HUD is something else. Not present in the demo (which you can try at the shop in world), the same label transforms into a tazer full of options. You can blink (thus look alive, unlike others that make you look like a zombie!), the head itself has slight pulls of facial muscles like any healthy human being is subjected to. This realism comes in the shape of an AO, but should you wish to indeed look frozen for photos, you can: every single function is optional, you can turn it off. All of them have an explanatory tab in case of need.
I don't really have SPACE to write every single little thing that made me choose this head above any others, but I am picky and I prize quality above all else. And no one can go wrong with this head! :)

finally a mesh head that isn't girlish lol. facial additions are nice. as a tmp body it is a little difficult to blend to the head. other than that i love the way it looks.

Admittedly I don't put on a male avatar very often; and as such I'm usually not inclined to invest much in male parts and clothes. However, I had to make an exception for this head.

This head mitigates many of the complaints often voiced about mesh heads in general. You can customize it to look distinct from other mesh heads. I know it's particularly difficult with the limited selection available for male avatars, but now you have options besides being yet another dude looking like o3o with one of the catwas.

I managed to make it look like a masculine version of my usual female avatar, and sharpen it up to be as angular and brooding as expected of a drow. 10/10 for real guys, get the demo and check it out for yourself. It's a winner.

I do appreciate the power and ease of use of the Smart HUD and of the addons system.
The Facial AO is a technology marvel! lol Everything has been thought and well thought.
I recommend you to also purchase the animations (available as separate packs), they are wonderful and give life to your head.

Where do I start. Sweet monkey christ I love this head. The omega appliers make it exceptionally versatile. I was able to craft a reasonably good Bento version of myself that is recognizable and a fantastic upgrade. I love love all of the expressions that can be added to the facial AO, it gives him a lot of life. Neck blenders are an issue... I wear the TMP body and its very hard to blend to it... though it does come with some other brand blenders and I'm going to go give them a whirl. Beards... we are going to need some bento rigged beards. Thanks for making this product. Its lovely.

So I tried the Demo out, and seeing as the demo had a Shape I could Mod, I played around a bit with both the demo head and the Signature Body I use and got a very close resemblance to my original look that I was happy with before. with that I purchased the head and have been nothing but Happy I did. I can easily recommend this head to any male out there looking to update their Body. BUY this head!!
