Missing a star
It's a good thing this is full perm, because the flag is incomplete. You would have to upload the correct image of the flag to put on this one. (do a search for "New Zealand Flag") I am giving it at least one star as you can modify it to replace the texture that is on the flag, which will eventually save you money from buying a more expensive flag set.
