I am glad it wasn't too expensive, but I still think 99L is too much for this! I want my L's back, this has got to be the worst makeup I've seen. I'm disappointed because I thought Noya would have better quality.
One person said it right, it looks like it was drawn on with a sharpie. the lines are uneven, very very disappointed.
I WOULD NOT get this makeup.
